A myriad of liquid glazing compounds are poured onto the dried clay forms. The pottery is then carefully loaded into and fired in wood burning kilns. Intricate nuances of heat, product chemistry and type of fuel combine in the firing resulting in each piece becoming one of a kind. The beauty is in the differences!
